Payment is expected once buyer indicates that they want to go through with the purchase. Zelle is preferred as well as Venmo and Cashapp. PayPal; “friends and family” aka “send to people you trust” option only or pay the extra 4% that PayPal charges the seller for transaction fees.
Shipping: We are based out of Colorado, so sometimes our Winters are long/unpredictable. We will only ship snakes when we have the green light from Shipyourreptile.com who is our preferred choice when it comes to shipping live animals. They are the only company to our knowledge to offer live arrival insurance; which is more important in these times than ever! Animal MUST BE RECEIVED AT HUB, to get live arrival insurance, which, we will cover at no additional cost. We will make sure that any animal purchased in the winter will be well taken care of until the time comes to ship. We will not ship animals between 11/15-1/15 due to the higher FedEx volumes and colder temperatures.
I will Hold snakes at 20% down for up to 60 days at which time, the remainder of the amount must be paid. If amount is not paid by the 60 days then the down payment will be kept and the animal will be made available again. The down payment, however, can still be put towards another animal in the future.
Health Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy w/o parasites, infections or illness. This does NOT cover lost or delayed shipments due to FedEx mishandling. You will need to purchase the live arrival insurance to cover any mishaps/delays/DOA’s from FedEx.
Genetics Guarantee: We will only guarantee genetics we 100% know are in the animal. Anything else will be listed as probable or possible. All recessive genes are guaranteed as well as the sex of the animal.
