Live Arrival Guarantee Live arrival is guaranteed only if signed within 2 hours of arrival at shipping center. No residential delivery. Please open shipping boxes and inspect all animals immediately upon receipt of shipment. If you have any concerns regarding your order you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. We want you to be happy but most importantly we want the best for the animal! We ship Tuesday-Thursday weather permitting. Animals are shipped via Fed-EX to your nearest hub. PAYMENT We accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or cash local pickup. Payment Plans A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold an animal. Payment plans are only accepted for animals $500 and over with length of term relative to the overall sale price of said animal. Genetics All recessive genetics (homozygous and heterozygous) are fully guaranteed. Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, incomplete dominant mutations are only guaranteed if explicitly stated as proven through breeding or shed testing. Please note that we consider all mutations listed in parenthesis "possible". We can neither confirm nor exclude their presence in the animal based on visual identification but the animal may carry them
