FullTilt Reptiles
Sales & Store Policy
At FullTilt Reptiles, the health and well-being of our animals and the satisfaction of our customers are extremely important to us. Please review the following policies before purchasing an animal.
1. 30-Day Health Guarantee
All animals sold by FullTilt Reptiles are covered by a 30-day health guarantee, beginning on the date the animal is received by the buyer.
Any health concerns must be communicated to us as soon as possible. Situations outside of the standard 30-day guarantee may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and additional conditions may apply.
This guarantee applies to animals purchased directly from FullTilt Reptiles and does not cover issues resulting from improper husbandry, handling, environmental conditions, injury, neglect, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Please contact us immediately if you believe an animal may have an issue. We are always willing to discuss the situation and work toward a reasonable solution.
2. Deposits & Holds
Deposits placed to hold an animal are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by FullTilt Reptiles.
An animal is considered held only once a deposit or other agreed-upon payment has been received.
3. Genetics
All genetic information is provided to the best of our knowledge and based on the information available to us.
Unless specifically stated as shed-tested, genetic identification is not guaranteed through genetic testing.
If a genetic identification or genetic claim is later determined to be incorrect, the situation will be reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe you have purchased an animal from us that may have been incorrectly represented genetically, please contact us so we can review the situation.
4. Sex Guarantee
The sex of all animals sold by FullTilt Reptiles is guaranteed to the best of our ability and based on our sexing procedures.
If you believe an animal has been incorrectly sexed, please contact us promptly so we can address the situation.
5. Feeding
Unless otherwise stated, our animals are fed live rats.
If you require an animal to be switched to a different feeding method prior to pickup or shipping, please discuss this with us before the animal leaves our care.
We cannot guarantee that an animal will immediately accept a new prey type or feeding method following a change.
6. Payment Methods
We currently accept:
* Visa
* Debit
* Credit Card
* Apple Pay
* Cash
Payment must be completed according to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
7. Pickup & Shows
Local pickup is available by appointment.
Animals may also be purchased or picked up at reptile shows where FullTilt Reptiles is participating.
8. Shipping
FullTilt Reptiles currently ships animals within Canada and the United States.
Shipping to other countries may be available depending on the animal, destination, regulations, and current export/import requirements. Please contact us directly regarding international shipping outside Canada and the United States.
All shipping is conducted on a base-to-base shipping arrangement, with shipping costs determined based on the destination and applicable shipping requirements.
9. Free Shipping
Unless otherwise stated:
* Animals purchased for $3,500 CAD or more: Free shipping within Canada.
* Animals purchased for $5,000 CAD or more: Free shipping throughout North America (Canada and the United States).
Shipping promotions or specific animal listings may have different terms, which will be stated at the time of sale.
10. Weather & Safe Shipping
The safety of our animals always comes first.
Animals will only be shipped when weather and temperatures are considered safe at both the origin and destination.
If weather, temperatures, seasonal conditions, carrier conditions, or other circumstances make shipping unsafe, we reserve the right to delay shipping until conditions improve.
Animals that cannot safely be shipped will remain in our care and continue to receive proper care and husbandry at FullTilt Reptiles until safe shipping conditions are available.
We will never knowingly ship an animal when conditions could place its health or safety at unnecessary risk.
11. Additional Health Considerations
Our standard health guarantee is outlined above; however, certain animals or situations may require additional or different conditions.
Any health-related concerns or claims outside of the standard 30-day guarantee will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If an animal has a known condition, special circumstance, or other consideration, this will be discussed with the buyer whenever applicable.
12. Customer Communication
If you have any concerns about an animal purchased from FullTilt Reptiles, please contact us directly.
We encourage customers to reach out rather than making assumptions about a situation. We will do our best to communicate openly, review the circumstances, and find a fair resolution whenever possible.
13. Final Policy
By purchasing an animal from FullTilt Reptiles, the buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review and understand these policies.
FullTilt Reptiles reserves the right to review unusual, unforeseen, or disputed situations individually and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Our animals come first. We want every animal we sell to thrive and every customer to feel confident purchasing from us.
