Caramel Tiger

This listing is for a male Carpet Python (Morelia ssp.) with a Caramel Tiger appearance, produced by the seller and offered as a baby hatched June 15, 2025. The animal pictured is the exact one being sold, and the seller, Obscure Exotics, is a verified seller on the platform.

Genetically, the snake carries Caramel, an incomplete dominant trait, along with the polygenic Tiger pattern. The seller notes the sire was a Caramel Zebra Tiger Jag and the dam a pure Coastal Tiger, giving some background on the lineage behind this animal's coloring and pattern. No weight or length measurements were provided in the listing.

According to the seller, this baby is feeding well on hopper mice with no issues, described as a great feeder. As a young snake, it is not being offered as a proven breeder, and the listing does not indicate any breeding history for this individual.

The python is priced at $300 USD plus shipping, though the listing also mentions free shipping among the shipping methods, so buyers should clarify the actual shipping cost with the seller. The animal is located in Santa Clara, California, and is only available for shipping within the US, not internationally. Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or cash.

Prospective buyers may want to confirm the exact current weight and length of the snake, clarify the shipping terms given the discrepancy between the stated price-plus-shipping and the free shipping listed, verify the feeding schedule and prey size going forward, and ask for any additional photos or documentation regarding the parentage described by the seller.
