We ship live reptiles Monday through Wednesday only, to your local FedEx Hub for pickup.
Shipping is weather-dependent and will only occur when it’s safe for the animal (typically between 40°F – 90°F).
We reserve the right to delay shipment for weather, holidays, or carrier issues — your animal’s safety always comes first.
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as the label is created.

💖 Live Arrival Guarantee
All animals are guaranteed live arrival when:
• Shipping is to a FedEx Hub and the animal is picked up within 2 hours of arrival
• The package is accepted on the first delivery attempt if shipped to an approved address
• An unboxing video is recorded from the moment the box is opened (for proof if needed)
If the above conditions are met and there’s an issue, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with your video and photos.
We’ll work with you to make it right — either a replacement (if available) or credit toward another animal.
We can’t guarantee animals held for delayed pickup, exposed to improper temps, or shipped outside of our approved window.

🧬 Health & Genetics
All animals are healthy, feeding, and accurately represented to the best of our knowledge.
Sex and genetics are guaranteed unless noted as “possible” or “het pos.”
Please quarantine all new arrivals before introducing them to existing collections.

🔄 Refunds & Cancellations
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations after payment will be refunded minus 25% to cover holding and listing fees.
• No refunds will be issued once an animal has shipped.
• We do not offer returns on live animals due to biosecurity and stress concerns.

Local pickup is available by appointment only.
Please bring a secure container and valid ID.
Cash is accepted for local sales.
