Any concerns must be reported within 2 hours of pickup with photos or video. Shipping & Live Arrival We ship hub-to-hub only via FedEx Priority Overnight for safety. Live-arrival guarantee applies when picked up within 2 hours of arrival at the FedEx hub. Shipments go out Mon–Wed (weather permitting) when temps are 40–90 °F at all points. We confirm the FedEx hub location before booking every shipment. Payment & Plans Accepted: Zelle, PayPal (Friends & Family), Venmo, CashApp, Square, or cash in person. Payment plans available on animals $300 + with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Balance due within 30–60 days. No animals ship until payment is complete. Cancellations & Refunds Deposits and payments are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another animal if agreed. If Catalina Morph Mixer must cancel (e.g., health concern before shipping), a full refund will be issued. Genetics & Identification All animals are identified to the best of our ability.
