PAYMENTS We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for your convenience. For animals priced above $500, we offer payment plans with the following terms. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the animal. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 30-90 days depending on the price. We reserve the right to accept or decline payment plans for specific animals at any time. SHIPPING & DELIVERY All animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt. If no one is available, the live arrival guarantee (LAG) is null and void. Shipping times may vary; some packages arrive in the early morning, while others arrive in the late afternoon, depending on the delivery area. Animals are shipped in appropriately-sized insulated foam shipping boxes. If cold weather conditions warrant, a 40-hour heat pack will be included. Animals will not be shipped when extreme temperatures are present in 39F and below, and above 100F. ANIMAL HEALTH & GUARANTEE All snakes are guaranteed to be properly sexed, healthy, and hatchlings will have eaten at least three times, unless otherwise specified. While we have a strong track record of successful shipments, there is a slight possibility that issues may arise. In the rare event that you receive a dead on arrival (DOA) animal. Please provide a digital image of the deceased animal within 1 hour of arrival. We will either refund the cost of the animal or provide a replacement of equal value. We may ask you to return the animal to help us determine the cause of the issue before processing the refund. If animals are shipped to a hub and not picked up within 5 hours of availability, the live arrival guarantee (LAG) is nullified. We will not refund for accidental deaths caused by animals left in a vehicle/container in the sun. Any other circumstances caused directly by the purchaser. Please ensure proper transportation and housing procedures for the safety of the animal. If you choose to return an animal, you are responsible for the shipping/transportation costs. GENETICS GUARANTEE Because of the increasingly complex projects, we cannot 100% guarantee accuracy on CoDom genes in our animals. Animals will be identified to the best of our ability and we will never intentionally mislead a customer regarding the genetic's of an animal. Recessive and Heterozygous genes are always 100% guaranteed.
