Payment Options - Payments accepted through Square, PayPal, or Zelle - 20% non-refundable deposit holds an animal for 30 days - Full balance due within 30 days (unless otherwise discussed) or deposit is forfeited Health Guarantee & Shipping - All animals come with a live health guarantee during shipping - Standard shipping days: Monday–Wednesday (weekday arrivals only) - Shipping delayed if weather is unsafe - Home delivery available; hub pick-up required if temps exceed 90°F - Multiple animal purchases = one shipping charge only - Buyer must confirm delivery within 1 hour of arrival for guarantee to apply - Failure to pick up from hub within 1 hour voids guarantee Pricing & Appearance - Pattern and color may change as geckos mature - All sales are final - In the rare event that a refund is offered you will be refunded once the animal is safely back with us. If the animal is DOA no refund will be offered. The refund will be for 75% of the price of the animal. No refund for deposit or shipping will be offered. Auction Policy - Invoice sent promptly after auction ends - Payment due within 48 hours (unless otherwise agreed) - Unpaid invoices = forfeiture of auction win; animal will be re-listed
