Shipping: We ship Monday-Wednesday as weather allows. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center and held for pickup. Exceptions for home delivery are possible if there is no such location within a reasonable driving distance (≤ 1 hour) of the buyer. If the buyer fails to obtain the animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery, our live arrival and health guarantee (see below) is void. Guarantee Policies: Heath Guarantee: We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement.
