SHIPPING A rough estimate can be given at the time of the sale but please note it is subject to change. Free shipping on purchases $1,000 or over. ** Live Arrival Guarantee: All of our animals are packaged with live delivery through Fed-Ex next day delivery with a heat pack or chill pack as needed. All of the animals are assured to arrive alive. Any concerns with the box or animal must be notified to Fed-Ex as soon as possible after delivery, and subsequently to us. The live arrival guarantee will be void if the box is left outside in the elements and H&H Pythons is not alerted within 4 hours of the recorded delivery time. The animal must be kept in the event of a DOA, and we reserve the right to require video proof or have the animal shipped back before giving a refund. Tuesday or Wednesday are the days for shipping. We only ship when the temperature is above 40 degrees Fahrenheit and below 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The animal will be delivered to the nearest FedEx Shipping Center with a complete team and picked up at the hub. To identify the ideal time to ship your package, we will assess the weather in both our area and the customer's area. Health guarantee is 24 hours. Sex of the animal is guaranteed for a period of 48 hours. This means it is the purchaser's responsibility to have the animal checked by either themselves or a trusted party to verify accuracy within 48 hours of receipt. *Any non feeding issue needs to be addressed within 30 days to make exchange arrangements if deem needed. Pictures of setup and proper temp regulations may be requested. ANIMAL ATTRIBUTES/GENETICS: All specimens will be properly sexed. Buyer must verify animal(s) to be properly sexed within 48 hours of delivery. We will only address an issue with an incorrectly sexed animal if it’s brought to our attention within that window. After 48 hours all sales are final as it’s the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the sex of the animal(s) they have purchased. You must provide a notarized veterinary statement that specializes in reptiles as proof of an incorrectly sexed animal. Genetics are identified to the best of our ability with no attempt to mislead anyone. In rare cases, an animal may not always prove out as identified. We use clutch mates and previous clutches to help ID animals, and also refer with other breeders if a gene is in question. If the incorrect animal was shipped to you in error, the claim period is 4 hours from signing for the package as time-stamped by FedEx tracking. The buyer is fully responsible for asking questions regarding weight/pictures/feeding type.
