All of our reptiles are raised and maintained with exceptional husbandry and attention to their health and well-being. PAYMENTS We accept: • Zelle • PayPal • Venmo or • Cash (for in-person pickup) Payment Plans: We offer short-term payment plans (up to 90 days) on animals $500+ with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Animals on payment plans will only be shipped once the balance is paid in full. Important: All payment plans must be completed within the agreed timeframe. If the buyer is unable to finish payments, all payments made—including the deposit—will be forfeited and the animal will be relisted. SHIPPING & GUARANTEES • All reptiles are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight through reputable reptile shipping companies. • Shipments go out Monday–Wednesday, with Thursday as the latest possible pickup day. • Weather permitting only — we do not ship below 40°F or above 90°F. • Proper packaging, including heat or cold packs when needed, is always provided to ensure safe arrival. • Hub pickup is strongly encouraged to minimize transit time and ensure the safest delivery. Live Arrival Guarantee We guarantee live arrival as long as the following conditions are met: The package is picked up within 2 hours of being available at the FedEx hub OR If shipped to a residence, it must be received on the first delivery attempt. Shipping Costs Shipping is not included unless explicitly stated. Contact us for an accurate quote—shipping rates have increased industry-wide, and we are always willing to work with our customers. Local Pickup Local pickup is available in Huntersville, NC and surrounding areas. Health, Sex, & Genetics Guarantee All animals are guaranteed to be: • Healthy at time of arrival • Properly sexed • Accurately represented to the best of our ability regarding genetics Once the animal arrives safely, proper care becomes the buyer’s responsibility. Please research the species you are purchasing—these animals deserve high-quality, informed care! AUCTION PAYMENT PLAN POLICY Payment plans for animals won via auction are available by request only and must be arranged prior to the auction ending. Important Notes: • Payment plan requests made after the auction closes will not be accepted. • Failure to complete an agreed-upon plan will result in forfeiture of the animal and all payments made. • Animals must be paid in full before shipping. By placing a bid, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms. ADDITIONAL TERMS • We do not sell to anyone under 18 years old without written consent from a parent or legal guardian. • It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and understand their local/state reptile laws.
