Summit Serpents

1. Payments & Holds - Purchases Under $1,000: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We do not offer holds or payment plans for animals under this amount. - Purchases $1,000 or More: We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to place the animal on hold. Full payment must be completed within 14 days of the initial deposit. We do not offer extended payment plans beyond this 14-day window. - Shipping Release: Animals will only be scheduled for shipping once the balance is paid in full and safe weather conditions are met at the origin, the destination, and all anticipated layover hubs. 2. Shipping Logistics - Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Wednesday via FedEx Priority Overnight. - Hub-to-Hub Only: For the safety of our animals, we ship strictly Hub-to-Hub (to an authorized FedEx Ship Center). We do not offer residential or business deliveries. - Temperature Guidelines: We adhere to industry-standard safe shipping temperatures. Because we ship FedEx Priority Overnight, we monitor weather along the entire route. We will only ship when daytime highs at the origin (Colorado), the destination hub, and any anticipated layover cities are between 40°F and 90°F. If weather conditions fall outside this range at any point along the route, we will hold and care for your animal at no additional charge until a safe shipping window opens. 3. Live Arrival & Health Guarantees - Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee live arrival only on packages shipped directly to a FedEx hub. - DOA (Dead on Arrival) Claims: The buyer must pick up the animal as soon as the FedEx hub opens and the package is available. Any DOA claims must be reported to us with clear video proof within 1 to 2 hours of the package becoming available for pickup. - Voided Guarantees: Failure to pick up the animal promptly upon the hub opening, or failure to provide video proof within the required 1-2 hour window, will completely void the live arrival guarantee. We do not offer any extended health guarantees beyond live arrival. 4. Genetics, Sexing & Refunds - Sexing: We use our best, educated, and experienced judgment to determine the sex of our animals. However, we do not guarantee the sex of any animal. - Genetics: We provide our most accurate, educated assessment of morphs and genetics based on pairings and experience, but we do not guarantee genetics or morph expressions. - All Sales Final: All animals are sold as-is. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or returns for mis-sexed animals or unexpected genetic variations. All sales are final.
