PAYMENT METHODS & PAYMENT PLANS:
We do offer 30-90 day payment plans, depending on the price of the snake(s). To hold and reserve a snake, a minimum 25% deposit is required. Payment plan options are typically not offered for auction wins or discounted prices. We accept payment through Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo; we can also accept payment via bank wire transfer, cashier’s check, or money order. Payment must be made in full and clear before we will ship the snake(s). All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable; however, at our discretion, any payments made in excess of the original 25% deposit may be converted into store credit. If a plan is not paid in full by the agreed upon expiration date, any balance paid can be used as credit toward another purchase.
SHIPPING INFO & GUARANTEE:

We guarantee live arrival on all of our shipments. All our snakes are properly packaged and shipped with appropriate heating or cooling elements. For all US shipping, we prefer to have snakes shipped to and held at local FedEx hubs for pickup, but for residential deliveries you must be available on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is void. Shipping is done through MorphMarket Shipping using FedEx Priority/Standard overnight service in temperatures between 40 and 90 degrees. We charge a $10 fee per week for care/feeding fee to hold if the animal is paid for and the temps are within our safe shipping guidelines but the customer does not want the animal to be shipped yet. This only applies after the first 30 days. We are willing to hold an animal for up to 30 days to allow the customer to finalize arrangement(s) for receipt of animal.
Our preferred shipping days are Monday-Wednesday for all shipments. Other shipping day arrangements can be made, if needed, on a case-by-case basis. ‘Dead on Arrival’ (DOA) claims must be made with pictures/video of the animal within 1 hour of the FedEx timestamp noting delivery of the package for home delivery or within 2 hours of the FedEx timestamp noting pickup for hub deliveries.
HEALTH/GENETICS GUARANTEE:
All snakes are guaranteed to arrive completely healthy, feeding well, mite-free, and free of any infections/viruses. In the case of CoDom/InCodom animals, we will do our best to identify them to the exact genetic combo. Please be aware that due to increased project complexity, certain animals require an educated guess to identify and thus CoDom/InCodom genetics cannot be 100% guaranteed. If accurate sexing is not possible, all customers will be notified prior to payment. All animals are 100% guaranteed.
FEEDING:
All of our ball pythons are feeding at the time of sale and hatchlings are well started. We feed appropriately sized live rodents here. If you have problems getting your new snake to feed, please reach out to us so we can assist you.
AUCTION SALES - All auction bids are an implied agreement to the TOS set herein. There are no payment plans on auction sales under $500. On auction sales over $500, a 15-day payment plan with a 50% non-refundable deposit is offered. In either case, the payment/deposit is required within 24 hours of auction end. Failure to complete the payment/deposit within 24 hours will result in a failure to complete notification to Morph Market.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. No live arrival guarantee for shipments when the consignee is not available for first attempt delivery or customer (you) provides wrong address.
2. No live arrival guarantee on shipments that are not picked up within (2) hours from when FedEx makes them available and picked up at your chosen FedEx express counter.
3. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Animals will ship when they are paid in full and weather permits safe shipping.
5. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, we must be notified *immediately* and a credit in the full amount of your purchase will be given toward another purchase upon return receipt of your order.
