Sales & Payment All sales are final. Payment is required in full before an animal is shipped unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept approved payment methods listed on our platform. Shipping We ship via overnight, live-animal–approved carriers only. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise. Animals are shipped Monday–Wednesday to avoid delays. The buyer must be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA) We guarantee live arrival on all shipments. In the rare event of a DOA, the buyer must contact us within one (1) hour of delivery with clear photos and/or video. Failure to meet these requirements voids the guarantee. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the animal only. Health & Feeding All animals are healthy and feeding regularly prior to shipment. Feeding records and additional details can be provided upon request. Sexing & Genetics Sex and genetics are identified to the best of our knowledge. While we stand by our identifications, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy on genetics unless RGI test confirmed in the animals profile. ( Riptide animals do not fall into this category due to no testing available yet ). Returns & Refunds No returns or exchanges are accepted. Refunds are only issued in accordance with our Live Arrival Guarantee. Weather & Delays We reserve the right to delay shipping due to weather or safety concerns for the animal. Communication We strive for clear, honest, and timely communication and are happy to answer any questions before purchase.
