Shipping available (UPS 2-Day or Overnight). Overnight is recommended. Full payment is required before any animal is shipped.
In the rare event an axolotl is deceased upon arrival, the following policy applies:
The buyer must notify Lotl Love Cincinnati within 1 hour of arrival/pickup.
Clear photos and/or video of the axolotl in the original, unopened bag/container must be provided as proof.
Failure to provide proof within the stated time frame voids any DOA claim.
If the DOA claim is approved, the buyer will receive a replacement axolotl (shipping fees may apply).
Shipping, delivery, or transport fees are non-refundable.
By purchasing from Lotl Love Cincinnati, the buyer agrees to this DOA policy.
