Mygalomorph Labs store Policy
Effective Date: October 28, 2025
1. Live Animal Purchases – No Refunds After Courier Collection
All sales are final once the courier has collected the animal from our facility.
Refunds are not applicable
under any circumstances after the animal has left our premises with the courier. Unless proof provided we sold in poor condition.
Customers assume full responsibility for the animal upon courier pickup.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the animal’s total purchase price is required to reserve any reptile.
This deposit secures your animal and removes it from availability.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before courier collection.
Deposits are forfeited if the customer cancels the order or fails to complete payment within 7 business days of reservation.
3. Shipping & Courier Requirements
Le Exotics does NOT provide shipping services.
Customers must arrange their own licensed, reptile-approved courier for live animal transport.
We recommend couriers with experience in live reptile shipping and proper DOA (Dead on Arrival) protocols.
All courier arrangements, costs, and liabilities are the ole responsibility of the customer.
Animals will only be released to the courier upon full payment and presentation of valid transport documentation.
4. Health & Guarantee
All animals are examined and confirmed healthy at the time of courier collection.
We provide a 72-hour health guarantee from the moment of courier pickup,

The animal is transported under proper conditions (temperature, humidity, secure packaging).
Customer notifies us within 2 hours of delivery with photo/video proof of any issues.
No guarantee applies
mishandling, improper shipping, or neglect occurs post-collection.
5. Right of Refusal
Le Exotics reserves the right to cancel any sale or refuse service if:
The customer fails to meet care or legal requirements.
Suspected animal welfare concerns arise.
Payment or courier arrangements are not completed as agreed.
6. Customer Responsibility
Verify local laws and permits required for reptile ownership before purchase.
Ensure courier complies with all federal, state, and airline regulations for live animal transport.
