Striped Tangerine Amelanistic Patternless pos het Oreo

This listing from Huffs' Herps LLC offers a juvenile female African Fat-Tailed Gecko (Hemitheconyx caudicinctus), named Toffee, born September 22, 2025 and currently weighing 25 grams. The seller confirms the photos shown are of the exact animal being offered.

Genetically, Toffee is described as Striped Tangerine Amelanistic Patternless, possible het Oreo. The listed traits include stripe (dominant), amelanistic (recessive), patternless (recessive), and possible het Oreo (recessive). As with any "possible het" designation, the probability of carrying the Oreo gene should be confirmed with the seller, since it is not guaranteed. This gecko is not listed as a proven breeder and is being offered as a juvenile rather than as breeding stock.

The seller notes that Toffee is currently being fed live crickets. She was self-produced by the seller, based in Cibolo, Texas. The animal is priced at $790 USD, with flat-rate shipping available domestically within the US; international shipping is not offered. Payment options include credit card, bank transfer, cash, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle.

Prospective buyers may want to confirm the exact het probability for Oreo, since this is listed as "possible" rather than confirmed, as well as specifics on the flat shipping rate and any live-arrival terms. It would also be worth asking about current feeding schedule and any additional care history, since the listing does not provide further background beyond diet and genetics. As always, buyers should verify health and condition details directly with the seller prior to purchase, since these have not been independently confirmed.
