Store Policy
PAYMENT
* We can currently accept payment through Venmo, Cashapp or Zelle.
* New hatchlings may be held until they are eating with a 20% non refundable deposit. Full payment is due within one week of the animal becoming available unless other arrangements are made.
* We do accept payment plans for purchases over $500 with a 20% initial deposit. The total amount must be paid within 2 weeks with a minimum payment of 40% per week. Other plans may be available on a case by case basis.
* Payments and deposits are only refundable if we are unable to supply the animal. If for any reason the customer is unable to finish the payment plan, they automatically forfeit the deposit. However, any other payments may be used towards the purchase of a different available animal. There are no cash refunds on payment plans unless we are unable to supply the animal.
