Our policies are designed to protect our animals, our customers, and our business. Please review these terms before purchasing. Health Guarantee All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding appropriately, and free of known parasites or illnesses at the time of shipment. Animals are inspected before shipping to ensure they are in suitable condition for transport. Any health concerns upon arrival must be reported within four (4) hours of delivery or pickup, accompanied by clear photographs or video. Once an animal has been received, Diamond Boas LLC cannot assume responsibility for health issues resulting from improper husbandry, environmental conditions, handling, or other circumstances outside our control. Genetics and Sex Guarantee All animals are represented according to our best knowledge of their genetics, lineage, and breeding history. Sex is guaranteed unless otherwise specified in the individual listing. Genetic identifications are based on documented pairings, known lineage, and visual identification. Possible or unproven genetic traits are identified as such and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Payments and Payment Plans A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an animal. Payment plans are available on purchases exceeding $1000, generally for a period of 30–60 days, subject to prior agreement. All payment arrangements must be approved before the animal is placed on hold. Failure to complete an agreed payment plan may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. Animals will not be shipped until payment has been received in full and all funds have cleared. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal Goods & Services, Zelle, or other approved secure payment methods. Shipping Policy We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight, typically Monday through Wednesday, when weather and shipping conditions permit. The safety of our animals takes priority over shipping schedules. Diamond Boas LLC reserves the right to postpone shipping due to extreme temperatures, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other conditions that could compromise animal welfare. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon before purchase. Shipping arrangements must be confirmed by both parties before an animal is dispatched. Live Arrival Guarantee Diamond Boas LLC guarantees live arrival under the following conditions: * The buyer must be available to receive the shipment on the first delivery attempt or retrieve the animal from the designated FedEx holding facility within four (4) hours of availability. * Any dead-on-arrival (DOA) claim must be reported within four (4) hours of delivery or pickup. * Clear, timestamped photographs or video documenting the animal’s condition must accompany the claim. * Failure to meet these requirements may void the live arrival guarantee. Approved claims will be resolved through an appropriate refund or replacement, subject to verification and applicable law. Refunds and Returns Due to the nature of live animal sales, all sales are considered final except in cases of verified DOA, material misrepresentation, or other circumstances required by applicable law. Claims must be submitted within the applicable reporting period and supported by appropriate documentation. Returns must be authorized by Diamond Boas LLC before an animal is shipped back. Return shipping costs are generally the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon or required by law. Buyer Responsibilities By purchasing from Diamond Boas LLC, the buyer confirms that: * They are at least 18 years of age. * They are legally permitted to own the animal in their jurisdiction. * They understand the animal’s husbandry requirements and have appropriate housing prepared. * They accept responsibility for the animal’s care following delivery. Diamond Boas LLC reserves the right to refuse a sale when there are reasonable concerns about an animal’s welfare or the legality of the transaction. Agreement to Terms By submitting payment, placing a deposit, or completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these store policies and terms of sale, subject to applicable law.
