Sales Terms of Service
We provide hub to hub shipping that is calculated based on location. We reserve the right to ship when conditions are safest for the animal. We do not accept returned animals, but will provide full or partial refunds depending on the situation. These refunds require the customer to pick up the animal from their respective hub within one hour of arrival and video documentation of the unboxing when submitting a claim upon delivery. We will provide full or partial refunds for any health related issues up to 7 days with provided video documentation. This does not include any refusals to feed or failures on the customers part to provide adequate husbandry or the customers dissatisfaction of the animals temperament. We do our best to guarantee genetics on all our animals but they are not guaranteed however we will provide panel tests from RGI on individual snakes purchased for $1000 or more. Customers are provided current weights and 90 day feeding history on purchased animals. As always, when you purchase from Python Suzy, you have our support for the life of the animal. Our collection is also extensively Nido tested and we have very strict mite protocols.
