Shipping Information
-Flat rate to the USA: $338 via Reptile Express.
-All animals are captive bred by DreamGene, guaranteed healthy, and parasite-free.
Shipping Schedule
-No shipping during weather advisories.
-No weekend or holiday shipping.
-Shipments are sent Monday–Wednesday via Priority 24-hour transport.
Coverage Limitations
-DreamGene is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including but not limited to:
-FedEx infrastructure issues (weather delays, airport or local closures, etc.).
-Service changes requested by the recipient (incorrect address, reroute, etc.).
-Late package pickup by the recipient.
-Recipient not being available at the first delivery attempt.
Live Arrival Guarantee
-If a snake arrives DOA, you must provide a photo of the animal with a visible current timestamp to be considered for a full refund.
Sales Terms
-Payments are due in full. No deposits or payment plans accepted.
-All sales are final.
-Sexing of hatchlings is done to the best of my ability, but sex is not 100% guaranteed for snakes under one year of age.
