Arctic Sunburst

This listing from Purple Turtle Technologies LLC, a verified seller, offers a young male Western Hognose (Heterodon nasicus) called Arctic Sunburst. Born on July 12, 2025, this baby snake currently weighs 36 grams and is self-produced by the seller, with the photos said to depict the exact animal being offered.

Genetically, the animal carries Albino (recessive), Arctic (incomplete dominant), and Sable (recessive) traits, combining for the Arctic Sunburst look. The seller notes that additional photos of the parents, pairing information, and clutch mates can be found further down in the listing, though that content isn't included here. The snake is reportedly feeding on live rats, and it is not listed as a proven breeder or a pet-only animal.

The asking price is $750 USD, and the snake is located in Melissa, Texas. While the seller description mentions Fed Ex Hub shipping included in the price, the structured shipping details for this listing indicate local pickup only, with payment accepted via credit card or Cash App. Buyers should clarify directly with the seller which shipping option actually applies to this particular animal, since there appears to be a discrepancy between the narrative description and the listed shipping method.

Prospective buyers may also want to confirm the snake's current length, ask for updated weight and feeding records, and verify the full genetic background referenced in the parent and clutch photos mentioned in the seller's description. As with any private sale, it's worth confirming payment and pickup logistics directly with the seller before finalizing a purchase.
