Sales Terms of Service
• Live arrival & Health Guarantee: All shipments come with a live arrival and health guarantee when shipped within my terms (provided there are no delays out of my control). All animals come with a sex guarantee, unless sold as unsexed.
• Payment/Payment Plans: Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle are my preferred methods of payment.
Payment plans are offered on all animals with a 30-day maximum hold and a 30% non-refundable, but transferable, deposit required at the start of the hold.
If not heard from, or full payment is not received within the time frame, all payments will be forfeited.
I am able to hold purchased animals when temperatures/conditions for shipping are not optimal.
• Shipping: Typical shipping days are Monday-Wednesday. I ship FedEx Priority overnight to your nearest FedEx hub to ensure the safe delivery of all animals. Residential shipping can be discussed, depending on location.
Please message me if you are concerned with shipping temperatures! All shipments are packed with the necessary inserts (heat, cool pack, etc) to keep animals at a safe temperature during shipping.
In the extremely unlikely event of a DOA, buyer must notify me within 1 hour of the shipment being picked up. Photo proof is required, video proof is recommended. Upon confirmation, a full refund will be issued.
• Animal Care:
All my available animals are healthy and feeding consistently on the specified prey in the listing at time of sale. Due to having no control of the living conditions of animals once shipped, I do not accept returns/refunds based on feeding habits, but I will do my best to help you if any issues arise.
A care sheet will be included with every shipment, detailing how the animal was housed and fed while in my care. It is recommended to mimic this care until they are eating consistently for you in their new home, from there you can feel free to adjust to your care preferences!
