Payment Plans:
Payment plans are on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, a 30-day (30 calendar days) payment plan is available. A 20+% non-refundable deposit is required for all payment plans. The remaining balance is due within 30 calendar days of the date that I receive the deposit. All payments are non-refundable. In some cases, the deposit and any payments made may be available to the customer as store credit towards a future purchase. This is on a case-by-case basis. The amount available as store credit, length of time the store credit is valid, etc. may vary.
Shipping:
I only ship through FedEx (via MorphMarket) priority overnight. I always prefer and suggest hub-to-hub shipping. In some cases, residential delivery may not be available/I may deem it to be unsafe (poor/unsafe weather conditions, distance from the hub, etc.). Shipping is usually available Monday-Wednesday for next day delivery. I will not ship Thursday-Sunday. I will always follow MorphMarket's suggestions/take their shipping alerts seriously. If MorphMarket sends out an alert that there is a high risk of delays on a given day/week and suggests to hold shipping until the following week I will do so. I take the animals' health and safety very seriously.
