Payment Methods:
We accept payments PayPal F&F & Zelle. Payments are non-refundable and all sales are final.
Payment Plans:
Payment plans only available on a case-by-case basis. Please email the animal you are interested in. All deposits and payments on payment plans are nonrefundable. All sales are final.
Heath Guarantee:
All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival shipped to a FedEx Service Center Hub that will hold for pick up. All shipments must be picked up within 3 hours of hub delivery. You must advise of any issues with the animal within 24 hours of pickup with pictures and video as proof. Seller is not responsible for the temperament of the animal.
Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
We use Ship Your Reptiles to ship all animals. ALL the guidelines must be met before shipping will happen. Pickup at the nearest hub to you is required for shipping to happen when temperatures are over 55° on the receiving end. We only ship out Tuesday and Wednesday for next day arrival. You must show photo ID when picking up at FedEx Hub.
