Animals are guaranteed healthy, properly sexed and are mite and tick free. Errors do occur and mistakes can be made - if this should happen you must contact Samler’s Serpent Seekers in writing within 3 days. We must be notified immediately, within 1 hour of pick-up, if your animal does NOT survive shipping or is experiencing any health issues. We have the right to refuse sale of any animal to anyone for any reason. We do NOT guarantee long term health of any animal once it’s no longer in our care. Shipping: We will ship using a Live Animal Shipping service. Rates will vary with weight, size and location package is being shipped. Free shipping will be offered on certain animals at our discretion. Shipping Includes: Insulated Box Animal Bag or Cup Heat or Cold Packs as Needed All animals will be insured to their full purchase value. Shipping is subject to change or be delayed with any extreme weather or other unforeseen delays. I want your animal to arrive safe and healthy. That is my first priority. We are not responsible for a carrier related delay. Ship Dates: Animals will be shipped Tuesday - Wednesday. The buyer is responsible for tracking the shipment. The buyer MUST be present to sign for the package when it arrives or the warranty is void. If the shipment is placed on hold for pick up at one of the FedEx locations then someone must pick up the shipment within 2 hours of arrival. If no one is available to receive or pick up the animal and more than 2 hours passes since arrival then the warranty for live arrival will be voided and no credit issued. Any deviation from the above requirements terminates live guarantee and any refund. Cancellations and Refunds: ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on cancelled orders and deposits. Delivery or Pick-Up: In the event we mutually agree on a date and time for delivery or pick-up and YOU fail to appear or respond to messages, you WILL forfeit the sale of the animal and any funds sent for the animal with NO REFUNDS forthcoming.
