Store Policy
By purchasing from us, you’re agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of these conditions please bring them up before payment and shipment.

Pricing and Payment
Prices are subject to change at any time unless a deposit has already been received for the animal in question. Prices are fair and firm. Credit cards are processed through Square. All CC transactions over $1k must be accompanied by a photo of the ID of the card holder to reduce fraud. Cashapp Paypal, and venmo also accepted. Cash sales available for local buyers. Payment plans are reserved for animals that cost $500 or more. Please message to discuss possible payment plan terms. Only a nonrefundable deposit of 25% can hold a snake to prevent sales to another customer. This policy applies for shipped snakes and local transactions alike.
Oklahoma Sales Tax
Sales tax will be collected on all orders with a destination in Oklahoma.
Refunds
In the cases where animals are shipped and a refund is warranted, refund will only be issued after the animal is successfully returned. If the animal is doa due to the fault of the shipper, Redline insurance covers the cost of the value of the animal and the cost of shipping. Cancellations before shipment will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout but is usually between $65-100 for smaller snakes.
Live arrival is guaranteed as long as insurance is still active on Redline. We only ship to hubs for the wellbeing of the animals. Reptiles are shipped in insulated boxes with heat or cool packs where appropriate. Please contact us within 1 hr if your animals arrive in anything less than perfect condition.
Local pickup preferred. Shipping is free for orders over $1500.
Genetics
Genetics are guaranteed for recessives. In the rare case of an unknown parthenogenesis, genetic guarantee extends to the lifetime of the animal for the person who bought directly from us but not to subsequent buyers down the chain of possession. That said, some incomplete dominant combos are hard to determine and what is stated as the animal’s genotype is our best, educated guess. No additional guarantee applies.
Health Guarantee and Testing
Health guarantee extends to only seven days after purchase. Health guarantee does not cover illness or death caused by inappropriate care by the purchaser. Purchased animals should be isolated in a quarantine separate from all other intakes. All health testing/verification should be performed within seven days after arrival unless prior arrangements are made. No refund can be issued for an animal beyond that seven day window due to not being able to know what sort of biohazard environment they were exposed to. If additional time is needed for health verification as is the case for crypto, it can be requested on a case by case basis.
