We are committed to providing healthy, properly cared-for reptiles and exotic pets. Health Guarantee All animals are inspected before sale and are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of purchase. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving their animal if any health concerns arise. Veterinary documentation may be required to process any guarantee claim. Stress from shipping or improper husbandry after purchase is not covered under our guarantee. Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for researching the care requirements of their chosen animal before purchase. By purchasing from Morph Ave, customers agree that they have appropriate housing, heating, lighting, and dietary provisions available. Refusal of Sale Morph Ave reserves the right to refuse the sale of any animal if we believe the purchase may place the animal's welfare at risk. Live Arrival Guarantee To qualify for our Live Arrival Guarantee: Someone must be available to receive the package within 2 hours of receiving email confirmation of delivery to the local shipping hub. Must present ID. Signature is required upon pickup. Temperatures must fall within safe shipping ranges as determined by Morph Ave. Reporting Issues In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), customers must contact us within one hour of delivery. Clear photographs and video documentation may be required. Failure to meet reporting requirements may void the Live Arrival Guarantee. Animals remain the property of Morph Ave Reptile until paid in full. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds. Deposit Policy Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing. Deposits may be used to reserve an animal for a specified period agreed upon at the time of sale. Reserved animals that are not paid for by the agreed deadline may be relisted for sale. Returns & Refund Policy Due to the nature of live animal sales: All sales are final. We do not accept returns on live animals except where required by law or covered by our health guarantee. Shipping Policy We use Redline Shipping. Shipping dates are scheduled based on safe weather conditions. Morph Ave reserves the right to delay shipment if temperatures may endanger an animal's health.
