1. Animal Health & Genetics Guarantee
Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee live and healthy arrival on all shipments, provided the delivery terms below are met.
Genetics & Sexing: Sex and 100% recessive genetics are fully guaranteed, unless hets are makes less than 100%. Co-dominant and dominant traits are identified to the absolute best of our experience and documented lineage; multi-gene combinations will be clearly noted.
Health & Established Feeding: All hatchlings undergo a minimum of 4–5 unassisted, consecutive meals on appropriate frozen/thawed or live prey and show consistent weight gain before being posted for sale.
2. Shipping & Pickup
Carrier & Packaging: Shipments are processed priority overnight via certified reptile carriers (Morph Market / FedEx Priority Overnight) using heavy-duty, insulated shipping boxes with appropriate heat or cold packs.
Weather Restrictions: To ensure animal safety, shipping only takes place when hub temperatures along the route are between 40°F and 90°F. We reserve the right to delay shipping until safe weather windows align.
Delivery & Hub Holds: We strongly recommend shipping to your nearest FedEx Ship Center for customer pickup.
Live Arrival Terms: If held at a hub, the package must be picked up within 4 hours of availability. If home delivery is arranged, someone must sign on the first delivery attempt. In the unlikely event of a health issue or arrival issue, the buyer must contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery with clear photos and video documentation.
Local In-Person Pickup: Available for verified local buyers in the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area by scheduled appointment at a secure public location.
3. Payment & Deposits
Payment Methods: We accept major secure online payment platforms (Cash App, Apple Pay, money order,Western Union). Full payment is required prior to shipping.
Holds & Deposits: Animals may be held with a 25% non-refundable deposit for up to 30 calendar days. If full payment is not finalized within the agreed timeframe, the deposit is forfeited, and the animal returns to available status.
Payment Plans: Available on purchases over $500 on a case-by-case basis.
