Sales Terms of Service
Payment Policy: We accept the following forms of payment:
• Credit Card• Debit Card• PayPal Goods & Services• Zelle• Wire Transfer• Cash (for local pickups only)
All payments must be completed in full before shipping. All sales are final.
Shipping & Export:
We ship within the United States only. Animals are sent via FedEx Priority Overnight through a certified reptile shipping service. Shipping is weather-dependent and coordinated directly with the buyer to ensure safe conditions on both ends.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
Live arrival is guaranteed when:
• Animals are shipped to a FedEx hub and picked up within 2 hours of arrival
• The correct address and shipping info are provided
• Someone is present to receive the animal on the first delivery attempt (if shipped to a residence)
In the rare case of a DOA, we must be notified within 1 hour of delivery or pickup, with clear photos and an unboxing video. Refunds or replacements are handled case-by-case.
Health Guarantee:
All animals are healthy, feeding, and free of mites or respiratory issues at the time of shipping. We do not guarantee temperament or future breeding performance.
Holds & Deposits:
Animals may be held for up to 24 hours without a deposit. To hold longer, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required.
Returns & Refunds:
We do not accept returns. Refunds are only offered in accordance with our Live Arrival Guarantee or if we are unable to fulfill your order.
