HEALTH Please open shipping boxes and inspect all animals immediately upon receipt of shipment. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 60 minutes of receipt of your shipment. The video proofs are required. SEX Gender determination is only guaranteed for animals over six months old, otherwise it is considered probable even though we have been successfully sexing the animals in most cases. GENETICS I make every effort to be 100% accurate with identifying genetics of the animals I receive from the third party. I am generally very conservative in my identifications of multi-gene of animals, as not to disappoint customers should a particular gene be missing. Please inquire with me prior to purchasing a particular animal if you have any concerns on a specific gene being present. Because of the increasing complexity of Reptiles, we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes in our animals. Shipping in the US All of our animals are shipped via Fedex, live delivery guaranteed. The cost for most shipments is $60 per box. We can fit a large number of animals in each box so there are no additional shipping charges if you purchase a group of animals. We usually ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Depending on the weather conditions, the animal may need to go to the nearest Fedex hub for pickup. PRIVACY POLICY Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the buyer is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. SALES POLICY All sales are final.
