BUYING
- Only inquiries and transactions initiated by 18+ years old are accepted, unless proof of parental consent is provided.
- All sales are made on a first-come-first-served basis.
- A non-refundable 25% down payment is required to put an animal on hold.
- The full balance must be paid within 48 hours unless a specific timeline has been discussed and agreed upon.
- All sales are final; animals cannot be returned, unless specifically discussed and agreed upon.
- A temporary permit will be issued to NJ residents. It's the buyer's responsibility to mail it to the NJDEP and apply for the appropriate permit.
PAYMENT
- Payment plans can be made for purchases above $500. The animal(s) will not be shipped until a full payment is received and confirmed within 30 days.
- It's the buyer's job to stay in touch and provide updates. If the payment plan's duration comes to an end, and the buyer doesn't pay the remaining balance, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to reach out to the buyer, the snake will be back in the listing and the received money will not be refunded.
- Snakes that are already on a payment plan are not subject to nor impacted by ongoing sales. The price that was agreed on remains the same and will not be discounted as part of an ongoing sale, even if similar animals with identical genetics and sex are listed at the discounted price at the time of the sale. In short, deals made before a sale will not change.
- For online payments, we currently accept PayPal only.
- For pick up, cash or any other payment method is accepted.
- Payment plans are NOT available for Auctions, with no exceptions.
SHIPPING
- No shipments will go out if the origin or destination temps are 38F or below.
- We'll ship only to a local FedEx Hub for pickup using Priority Overnight.
- We'll ship only on Tue or Wed, for a pick up on Wed or Thu respectively.
- In the unfortunate case of a DOA, a photo of the animal must be sent to us immediately and a refund or a replacement (if available), can be initiated after discussion with the Buyer and a full assessment of the situation.
- We reserve the right to delay shipping until the weather conditions are good and safe for the animal.
GENE IDENTIFICATION
Gene identification varies in complexity; while some are easily discernible, others pose challenges. Identifying all genes in animals is always theoretical and based on our collective knowledge and experience, and striving for accuracy. However, the definitive confirmation of genes relies on breeding animals, offering the most reliable method of validation.
Although in some cases non-recessive genes pose certain challenges to identify, recessive genes are always guaranteed either via lineage tracking or shed testing. The latter will always be mentioned in the ads, if applicable.

Wholesale Policy
- A minimum of 3 animals must be purchased in order to qualify for wholesale pricing,
- Payment plans are not applicable,
- Regular shipping rates apply.
