Sales Terms of Service
Shipping will be from Hub to Hub and will not be shipped to residential addresses, no exceptions! We do this for the safety of the animals, and we've heard too many horror stories of animals that have died on delivery trucks instead of waiting at the hub for their new homes. We provide lifetime advisory support for the animals, so please reach out to us for any questions, concerns, or if you can no longer keep the animal at some point in the future. Payment is expected before a shipping label will be created or the sale finalized. We do not currently accept payment plans. We take most payment processors, please ask or state your preferred payment processor. The store policy may change at any time and will be communicated clearly to the customer as needed.
