Arctic Sable Het Mai Tai

This listing is for a baby male Western Hognose (Heterodon nasicus), self-produced by the seller and currently weighing around 30 grams. Born in June 2025, this young snake is being offered as a single animal, with the exact animal pictured across six photos.

Genetically, this hognose is described as Arctic Sable, het Toffee Belly. Arctic is noted as an incomplete dominant trait and Sable as recessive, while the Toffee Belly gene is carried heterozygously, meaning it is not expressed visually but can be passed to offspring. The seller mentions that additional photos of the parents, pairing information, and clutch mates can be found further down the original listing, though that supporting material is not included here. According to the seller, this snake is currently feeding on live rats.

This animal is not listed as a proven breeder, and it is not marked as a pet-only or trade listing. It is being sold for $400 USD, located in Melissa, Texas. The seller notes that shipping is included in the price with delivery to the buyer's nearest FedEx hub, though the listing's shipping method field indicates local pickup, so buyers should clarify directly with the seller which shipping or pickup arrangement actually applies. Payment can be made via credit card or Cash App.

Buyers may want to confirm the specific shipping process and any associated terms, request to see the referenced parent and clutch photos and pairing details mentioned by the seller, verify current feeding schedule and size expectations, and ask about health history or any veterinary care to date, since none of this is detailed in the listing itself.
