Sales Terms of Service
Live arrival guaranteed. We ship from our FedEx Ship Center to your local FedEx Ship Center. We will ship only when weather allows both here and at final destination, following the recommendations of the Shipper. Our typical drop off days for shipments are Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, as our scheduling allows. You are responsible for picking up the package within 4 hours of the delivery time. If the animal arrives injured or deceased, the buyer must provide clear, timestamped photos/videos of the animal in its original, unopened shipping container within 2 hours of pickup. Failure to provide this documentation within the required time frame will void the live arrival guarantee. Injuries covered under the live arrival guarantee include severe physical trauma sustained during shipping (e.g., broken bones, major wounds). Minor cosmetic issues (e.g., minor scale damage, stuck shed) do not qualify for a refund but may be eligible for partial credit at our discretion. We do our best to ensure that no animal has any sort of health conditions that are undisclosed before sale.
We will only ship to states that it is legal to own purchased animal. We will ship to permit-required states with proof of permit, and will provide any necessary information or veterinary testing information at buyers expense.
