Super Arctic Sable Het Sunburst

This listing is for a young male Western Hognose (Heterodon nasicus), self-produced by the seller and hatched on July 24, 2025. He currently weighs 36 grams and is being sold as a baby, not marketed as a pet or breeding-proven animal.

The genetics listed include Super Arctic (incomplete dominant, in the super form), Sable (recessive), and het Albino (recessive). The combination is described in the title as Super Arctic Sable Het Sunburst, reflecting these traits together. The seller notes that photos of the parents and clutch mates, along with pairing information, can be found further down the original listing, though that detail isn't included here. He is reported to be feeding on live rats. Six photos are provided and the seller confirms the exact animal pictured is the one for sale.

The snake is priced at $750 USD and is located in Melissa, Texas. While the seller description mentions shipping to a nearest FedEx hub, the listed shipping method here shows local pickup only, so buyers should clarify directly with the seller whether shipping is actually available for this specific animal or if pickup is required. Payment can be made via credit card or Cash App.

Prospective buyers may want to confirm the current feeding schedule and prey size, verify actual shipping options and any associated costs, ask for clarification on the full genetic makeup and how it was determined (visual vs. het probability), and request updated photos or additional health information before purchase. As with any hatchling colubrid, buyers should independently verify current condition and readiness for transport with the seller.
