For the safety of my animals, hub delivery is priority to avoid hot day temperatures as much as possible. I do have cryo packs to include for destinations 80-90 degrees.
I choose to close my shipping beginning November 20 until January 6 due to higher shipping traffic delaying arrivals then temperatures will determine further. Per shipping safety suggestions, 40-70° will use a heat pack. Below 40° will not be shipped***

Insurance and signature upon receipt are optional and an additional charge at the buyers' request. Payments can be taken online via Venmo, Zelle, CashApp or Square though other options can be discussed. PAYPAL IS NO LONGER AN OPTION. Payment fees are to be covered by the buyer.
Payment plans or holds can be set up with 25% down nonrefundable starting at $500 purchases. Plans start at 14 days depending on price and will be agreed to in writing including the outcome of incomplete payment by the set deadline.
Live arrival and health is guaranteed for arrival and a further three weeks under correct husbandry. Any concerns or questions must be brought up immediately with clear photos and current husbandry details to determine if a problem has occurred or corrections need to be made. Questions are always welcome and encouraged.
