No payment plan payments are refundable so please be sure you can complete the plan before requesting it. 90 day plans are available on a case by case basis on animal(s) or combined purchases over $5,000 with a structured monthly payment schedule. *Payment Plans Not Available on Auction animals. Auction wins must be paid in full within 24-hours of the end of the Auction.* **Payment Methods**: For payment in full we prefer Zelle, Credit Card, or PayPal (Friends & Family). Possible discounts available for cash payments for in person transactions! **Shipping**: We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, schedule permitting, for pickup the following day at your nearest Fed Ex Hub. Fed Ex can experience delays if delivered to a location other than their hubs. This is the only way to guarantee the animal is safely delivered to you. In the event of an extreme hardship we may make an exception but only if weather is near perfect and only at the advice of our shipping agent. In the event we do agree to a residential delivery, signature will be required with a live video date and time stamped within one hour of the registered delivery time by FEDEX. For the rare residential delivery and failure to be present for the first delivery attempt will immediately nullify any and all live arrival guarantees! Shipping is weather dependent and may vary on holidays and other special circumstances. We only ship for home delivery when temps are no higher than 90 and no lower than 40 degrees here, at the connecting hub as well as the destination hub. **Guarantees**: The animals sex and 100% heterozygous genes as well as the health at arrival are always guaranteed. Due to the growing number of compounding of genes within animals being worked with, we can no longer 100% guarantee the non-recessive genetics in our animals. When we have an animal in question we communicate with numerous breeders in our network to help with identifying the animals and we make every effort to identify exactly what is in each animal. However, some genes can be hidden or are expressed very differently in some of the combinations, so we can no longer be 100% sure in every case. We do however label any gene as "possible" if we cannot guarantee the gene is present and will never intentionally sell any animal with an incorrect genetic ID. Poss animals are not added in the pricing, only stated so that you know what else may be floating around in the animal. You could possibly get additional gene(s) at no extra cost. DOA claims must be made with pictures of the animal within 1 hour of the FedEx timestamp noting delivery of the package for home delivery or within 2 hours of the Fed Ex timestamp noting pickup for Hub deliveries. No exceptions. DOA's are extremely rare and we take every available precaution to deliver to you a healthy well packaged animal. We cannot provide any guarantees other than those stated above, for these are the only controllable factors. We cannot control any events, handling, or husbandry practices after these limitations. Weights listed are current at the time of the posting. Animals listed will have the weights updated approximately every 4 weeks. Due to the variability in growth rates for hatchlings, please contact us for a current weight and a recent photo should the date exceed 30 days since the previous update. We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone whom we do not believe can or will provide proper care, or we believe to be buying for resale. We do not accept returns outside the listed guarantees in our store terms.
