We ship to both residences and Fed Ex service centers, Monday-Wednesday. Shipping delays happen, and is very situational. Their is not a one size fits all answer when a delay happens. DO NOT contact Fed Ex directly on our behalf. Doing so will void any live arrival guarantee. We will go through the proper channels to get the shipment back on track the best way possible. This is the easiest way to have both genetics/locality and a picture of the animal in the same place. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately buyers remorse is a real thing, so please be confident in your decision. PICTURES. The pictures in the add are what I have available. I may only have one or day days a month with enough free time to take pictures of what I have available. From that shoot, I take what I feel are the best pictures that represent the animal and either post or update my adds. Out of 10 or 15 pictures per animal, I may get 2 or 3 that turn out. Those pictures are what you see above. They are color correct and reflect what you would see in real life. There is no benefit in me misrepresenting what I produce and/or sell. Some species I produce and work are multichromatic and do change appearances based on ambient conditions, and I will try to include that, if possible.
