Sable Het Sunburst

This listing is for a baby female Western Hognose (Heterodon nasicus), self-produced by the seller and hatched on July 24, 2025. She currently weighs 38 grams and carries Sable (recessive) genetics along with het Albino (recessive). The seller confirms the exact animal pictured is the one being offered, with six photos included in the listing.

According to the seller, additional photos of the parents and clutch mates, along with pairing information, are provided further down in the original listing. The snake is reportedly feeding on live rats. The seller does not describe this animal as a proven breeder, and no breeding history for this individual is claimed.

The hognose is priced at $400 USD and is located in Melissa, Texas. The listing specifies local pickup only, with no international or other shipping options listed, though the seller notes that Fed Ex Hub shipping to the buyer's nearest hub is included in the price elsewhere in their terms — buyers should clarify directly with the seller whether shipping is actually available given the listed shipping method shows local pickup only. Payment can be made via credit card or Cash App, and the seller is listed as verified.

Prospective buyers may want to confirm the current shipping options directly with the seller, since the stated method conflicts with mentions of Fed Ex shipping in the description. It would also be worth verifying the snake's current weight and feeding status closer to purchase, requesting clearer details on the sable and het albino genetic background including any test-breeding history behind the het claim, and confirming final pricing, any additional fees, and pickup or shipping logistics before committing to the purchase.
