Sales Terms of Service
Minimum Order:
Wholesale pricing is available on orders of 4 or more animals.
Payment Terms:
• Payment in full is required for all wholesale orders.
• No payment plans or holds are available for wholesale purchases.
• Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received.
Shipping:
• Shipping is $75–$150, depending on destination, carrier, and box size.
• All animals are shipped using appropriate, safe, and legal live-animal shipping methods.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
Health & Quality:
• All animals are healthy, feeding, and accurately represented at the time of shipment.
(Dead on Arrival) Policy
• In the rare event of the buyer must notify us within 2 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos and/or video of the animal in the unopened shipping container are required for verification.
• Failure to provide documentation within the required time frame voids any claim.
Wholesale Terms:
• Wholesale purchases are eligible for replacement or credit, at the seller’s discretion.
• No cash refunds on wholesale orders.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If a replacement is offered, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed
